Negotiation

The business of buying and selling homes is complex. It requires careful negotiation and understanding of each specific transaction, so I can better serve my clients. The best negotiation occurs with the understanding both sides of the transaction and making sure that everybody’s needs are met to come to the final agreement.

We were lucky enough to buy a house that had 13 other offers. Our bid, incidentally, was not the highest. The offer was strong, because Liz had a innate understanding of what was important to the seller and the seller’s realtor and she crafted a rock solid offer.

With Liz’s help and expertise, we successfully purchased the first home that we placed an offer on, in a neighborhood that I never thought I’d be able to buy a house.
