Sometimes the little things make all the difference. It could be the perfect potted plant next to the couch outside, set underneath the Maple tree or that letter the buyer writes to the seller that really connects them to the home. These are all the things that I think matter and have found bring my clients the best results. Bottom line, paying attention to the details pays great dividends in the end.
